Cookie Policy

How UKETA.sg uses cookies and analytics technologies, and how you can manage your preferences.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, can also store information on your device. They are used to make websites work, to remember choices and to measure how websites are used.

2. Technologies We Use

The UKETA.sg website currently uses two kinds of technology:

  • a small record stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice (necessary); and
  • Google Analytics 4, which is used only if you accept analytics cookies (analytics).

We do not currently use authentication, session or payment cookies, and we do not intentionally use advertising or marketing cookies.

3. Necessary Technologies

We store your cookie preference (accepted or rejected) in your browser’s local storage so that we do not ask you again on every page. This is needed to respect your choice and does not track you.

4. Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, so that we can improve it. They are not set unless you accept them.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives information about your use of the website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser information. Google may process this information on our behalf and in accordance with its own policies.

Until you accept, analytics storage is disabled: the Google Analytics code is not loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set.

7. How to Change Your Choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie Settings” below, or in the footer of any page.

If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics measurement and remove the analytics cookies set by this website where your browser allows.

8. Browser Controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings. If you do so, your cookie preference may be forgotten and we may ask you again. Blocking cookies does not stop the website from working.

9. Third-Party Services

Google (for analytics, if you accept) and Vercel (for hosting) are third-party services connected with the website. Their handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy and in their own notices.

10. Future Changes

When the application assistance service becomes available, we may need to use additional technologies, for example for payments or security. We will update this policy, and ask for consent where required, before doing so. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. See also our Privacy Policy.
